Melody Jordan Reese



Melody was born in Fresno, CA and lived in Clovis, CA until she was 12. Her family relocated to the central coast of California to a small town called Orcutt where she graduated from high school in 2008. In high school, Melody was part of the women's choir, Varsity choir, and Madrigals a capella choir. Her father is a talented songwriter and musician, with a specialty in pedal steel. Melody grew up attending his performances, and even performed with her dad at various events.
Melody moved to Northridge, CA to pursue a music career while attending cosmetology school. There she performed as the lead singer of a pop/metal rock band called New Heir, a pop/rock band called The Melrose Band, and an Indie rock band called Stronger Than Bears. She performed as a solo acoustic artist as well.
Melody has performed on the famous Sunset Strip in Hollywood, CA at venues such as the Whisky a go-go, The Rainbow Room, and the Viper Room. She performed as a studio vocalist alongside songwriters and producers who wrote for and toured with Bret Michaels and other 80's rock favorites.
Melody is a mother to Karly, 5, step-mother to Keira, 13, and wife to Levi Reese. They reside in Lebanon, OR and she currently works as the Executive Director of the Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce.
